Help to correct an imbalance of the mind with your body

The concept of body acting as opposed to one's own will is not new. The ancient Chinese wrote of the body as the source of its own action.

The mind and the intellect were thought to be the vehicles of will and are the source of the body's will. The human body is not always in balance, though. A person can go through life without an imbalance because a person learns how to operate with an appropriate degree of imbalance. If a child has a head cold, the cold does not have its own will to act. All of the child's mental activity is affected by a mental handicap, but the cold does not have its will to act.

The child's mental functioning, like that of everyone else, is influenced by an imbalance of the body. The mental processes of the child are impaired to a varying degree by the cold, but the imbalance of the child's body affects the child's mental processes to a lesser degree. Thus, the imbalance of the child's body affects the mental processes of the child to a reduced degree. The balance of the child's body, or body acting in an adequate way (without an imbalance), is the balance that makes the child mentally healthy. An imbalance of the child's body will make the child mentally unhealthy. If the child is to be healthy, the child must learn how to act with the body in an appropriate way, by learning how to regulate the excess and deficiency states in the body. The child must learn how to be in balance with its body, not to be in balance with the mind. Most of us are in balance with the body.

Each one of us is in balance with a greater or lesser degree of imbalance. We are not always in balance with our minds and bodies. Each day we learn how to correct an imbalance of the body, but we do not always learn how to correct an imbalance of our minds and how to correct an imbalance of our bodies. We need to correct these imbalances of the mind and body. We have in our subconscious a subconscious mind, which is not balanced. The subconscious mind is not in balance with the physical body. There is a subconscious mind which controls the physical body and there is a physical body which controls the physical body. When we are in balance with the physical body, the mind is in balance with the physical body too.
